As an athlete, I’m always pushing the limits. Heavy leg day workouts usually take me 3 days to recover. Since using red light therapy I now feel recovered in 1-2 days. For the past month I have been using the Essential Lumaflex. I do a 10 minute dose directly on my quad tendon (right above knee) on both legs. I do this twice a day. Once in the morning while I have my coffee and once in the evening after dinner. Within the first week I did not really feel a noticeable difference but I kept consistent and now I can confidently say this has been a game changer in my recovery. It is a great tool to have because it is super convenient to use. I highly recommend it!
The unit itself works great so far, though I’ve only had it for about a week. I was disappointed that the case arrived damaged, and customer service informed me that this wasn’t covered under warranty. However, they were excellent to deal with and offered a small refund as compensation. Overall, customer service was outstanding. As for the product, it seems to be of very high quality, but it’s too soon to fully assess its long-term performance.

I really like the Lumaflex Essential Pro. I use it every day on different parts of my body, depending on what I need. I also play tennis, and I use Lumaflex after playing. I definitely feel much better than I did before.

Podrían tener mejor atención al cliente...me mintieron del envio del aparato,me dijeron que me atenderían sobre la pregunta del lenguaje de la aplicación y los cursos.... después me mandaron un correo después de muchos días diciendo que la aplicación ya tenía el lenguaje de español...y seguí las instrucciones de volver a bajar la aplicación y sigue igual sin tener el lenguaje español y el aparato no enciende cuando deseo realizar una terapia para dolor cronico..tengo que activar la luz roja desde el aparato ya que la aplicación no lo hace en esa terapia....en las otras terapias de la piel y relajación si hace encender el aparato y por último el historial de terapias realizado no lo realiza...siguen en cero los contadores apesar de haber realizado varias terapias ... también les falta a alguien que atienda las llamadas en español ya que están mandando el aparato a nivel internacional y somos muchísimos los que hablamos español solamente.... gracias

I had been dealing with two injuries subacromial bursitis and ACL grade I sprain .It’s effective and got back to gym for upper body workout after 5 days of therapy twice a day . It’s must for people doing strength training because minor injuries can easily be taken care off . Thank you Lumaflex great product and innovation to heal people. Device is made well and is easy to use. It may take a few weeks to determine if the red light therapy is actually working.
Having issues with my device shutting off and the box arrived damaged, having a hard time getting customer service to help me.

I've been using this daily on my knees ever since I got my hand on this! Using it is a ritual before bed time. It's convenient to bring around to the gym and when I travel as well.
When I received the unit, I had the opportunity to share it right away with an elderly friend who hurt her knee gardening. Completely new to red light, she has reported it has helped more than anything she tried the three weeks prior. She asked if she could borrow it a couple more weeks. I am eager to try it out after she is done. Only thing at this point would be if it came with a carrying case.

Been using my Lumaflex essential pro to treat my neck pain and migraines. Works great. My dog has also been benefiting from it as well. She has diabetic neuropathy in her hind leg. We are loving it!

We ordered this for our daugher, who is a Division 1 college tennis player. She uses it daily, primarily for her shoulder. She absolutely loves it! She believes it has been helping her tremendously with recovery. Her red light device has become incorporated into her post training routine!
